Instructions for the Rockwatcher Pro Edition

S1=START/STOP

S2=LAP/RESET

S3=MEM

Features:

  1. Stopwatch: Measure up to 23 hours 59 minutes 59 seconds Minutes, seconds and 1/100 second display then will revert to ‘hour, minute and second’ display automatically when the elapsed time exceed 29mins 59.99secs

Operation:

  1. START/STOP Press S1 to start/stop the stopwatch.
  2. LAP Press S2 to Lap timing while the stopwatch is running, the“LAP” will be flashing for 2 seconds indicating that it is recording the current elapsed time.In the meantime, the next lap time counting is still going on in the background.
  3. RESET Press S2 to reset it after the stopwatch has stopped. All memories will be cleared at the same time.
  4. RECALL Press S3 to recall the LAP time in circle: LAP1->LAP2->LAP3-> TOTAL elapsed time-> normal timing mode -> LAP1->
  5. Key tone on/off Press and hold [S1]+[S2] simultaneity for 2 seconds to enable/ display the key tone on/off.
  6. Maximum Value Measure up to 23hrs 59mins 59secs, it will be stop and reset to 0:00 00 automatically.

Features

Normal Mode

  • A. TIME MODE Hr Min Sec. & Date are displayed. While S1 is being depressed, depress S3 to obtain 12 or 24 hour system.
  • B. DATE MODE Hold 51 to obtain this mode Month, Date, day are displayed While S1 is being depressed, depress S2 to obtain American or European Calendar.

Alarm Mode

Press S2 to obtain the alarm time display While S2 is being depressed, depress 51 to turn the alarm signal and the chime signal on or off.

Stopwatch Mode

The stopwatch can count up to 24 hours. The resolution is 1/100 sec for the first 40 minutes of timing and then in 1 sec increment. Depress S3 to enter stopwatch mode All flags are on. STW & 1/100 are flashing to indicate stopwatch mode and 1/100 sec correspondingly.

Normal Time Setting

(Illustrated by using 12 hr system & American Calendar)

  1. Hold S3 over 2 seconds to enter the alarm setting mode.
  2. Depress S3 again to enter the time setting mode.
  3. Second starts flashing. All the flags are on and the third flag is flashing to indicate time setting mode. Depress S2 to reset the second to zero. If the second is 30 or more minute is added to the minute display and if less than 30.the minute is is not changed.
  4. Press Si, Minute starts flashing. Press S2 to advance it (fast advance by holding down S2 for more than 2 seconds)
  5. Press SI, Hour starts flashing. Advance it as above.
  6. Press S1, Month starts flashing, Advance it as above.
  7. Press S1, Date starts flashing, Advance it as above.
  8. Press SI, Day starts flashing, Advance it as above.
  9. Press S3, returns to the normal mode.

The setting mode is returned to the normal mode at any time by pressing 53.

Alarm Time Setting

  1. Hold S3 over 2 seconds to enter the alarm setting mode.
  2. Hour starts flashing. All flags are on and the second flag is flashing to indicate alarm time setting mode. Depress S2 to advance it. (fast advance by holding down S2 for more than 2 seconds)
  3. Depress 51, Minute starts flashing. Depress S2 to advance it.
  4. Press S3, returns to normal mode.

Stopwatch Operation

  1. In the stopwatch mode, Depress S1 to start or stop (STP is flashing) the stopwatch.
  2. Depress S2 while the stopwatch is counting lap mode is obtained (LAP is flashing). The time is frozen on the display with the stopwatch still counting. Depress 51 may start or stop this internal counting.
  3. Depress S2 while the stopwatch is stopped to reset the stopwatch to zero.
  4. Depress S3 to resume the normal mode.

The stopwatch mode is returned to normal mode at any time by depressing S3.
